1 MODELING INSAR COSEISMIC DEFORMATION FIELDCAUSED BY GAIZE Ms6.9 EARTHQUAKE IN 2008

Taking the InSAR coseismic deformation field as the constraint and adopting the isotropic elastic halfspace dislocation model we made the optimum simulation for the geometric form of the fault in which the Gaize \%M\%s 6.9 earthquake occured in 2008.First we using the model of one fault to model the InSAR coseismic deformation and get the residual deformation 30 cm. Secondly, using the model of two faults the residual deformation is 15 cm, so the model reflects the basic characteristics of the survey deformation field.At last,we obtained the dipslip 95% interval is 1.6~2.4 m based on 20 repected observations. The results suggest that the coseismic deformation is caused by two ruptures.The observations and simulatsed ruslts show that InSAR is the available tool dynamics to monitoring of the Tibtan plateau.

7 DISCUSSION ON RELATION BETWEEN VARIATIONS OF GRAVITY FIELD IN HEBEI-SHANDONG-HENAN AREA AND FENGQIU ML4.8 EARTHQUAKE

In the light of the 5 periods of mobile gravity observation results of the JiLuYu network, the relation between the gravity and the Fengqiu earthquake is discussed.
It is found that before and after Fengqiu earthquake
the gravity station value in the juncture area of Hebei,Shandong and Henan under went three stages:first,it went down,then rose and finally,went down again.It reflected the three stages of the Fengqiu earthquake process as seismogenic stageoccurancepostearthquake adjustment.It is proved that the gravity variation in JiLuYu observation region was the anomaly before Fengqiu earthquake.

11 ANALYSIS OF MIGRATION CHARACTERISTICS OF TILT INCLINE IN SHAANXI AREA BEFORE AND AFTER WENCHUAN Ms8.0 EARTHQUAKE

Through the analysis of the ground incline observations in Shanxi area before and after Wenchuan\%M\%s8.0 earthquake, it is discovered that the ground incline migrated along the Longmenshan fault zone direction from northeast to southwest epicenter
in Shanxi area before the Wenchuan earthquake, but after the earthquake the migration changed in the opposite direction and the
average migration velocity is 3-4 kilometers/day approximately.By further analysis,it is believed that before the earthquake the migration of ground incline in Shanxi area to the center of Wenchuan Ms8.0 earthquake possibly plays the trigger action, but after the earthquake, the migration of ground incline to the distant field may be the main cause to induce a series strong aftershocks in the border of Shanxi,Gansu and Sichuan province.

15 GRAVITY DISTURBANCE OF HIGH FREQUCNCY AT CHENGDU SEISMOSTATION BEFORE WENCHUAN Ms8.0 EARTHQUAKE

About 48 hours before the Wenchuan \%M\%s8.0 earthquake, significant gravity pulsation was observed at the Chengdu seismostation by using GS15 gravity meter. Comparing the earth tide data in different periods of time, it is demonstrated that the significant gravity pulsation are mainly affected by the external factors.32 tropical cyclones, the occurrence of \%M\%s≥6.0 in China and \%M\%s ≥7.0 in world were selected and statistically analyzed. It is shown that the rate of significant gravity pulsation during the occurrence of tropical cyclones is far more than those during before the occurrence of the earthquake, and the same gravity pulsation can be observed by even weaker tropical cyclones. So the significant gravity pulsation at the Chengdu seismostation is mainly affected from the tropical cyclones before the Wenchuan earthquake.

This paper choses 16 crossfault deformation observation points in SichuanYunnan region, for analyzing the quantitative relation between the relative sliding of fault plane and relative displacement of the sites on the two walls on ground surface and then calculates the amounts of horizontal twist, vertical displacement and the ratio between them, and analyzs the relation between the ratio and the earthquake activity simply.

The Jiemian reservoir in Fujian was impounded in Feb.,2007.This paper analyses the background of earthquake in Jiemian reservoir area,which are the seismic activity characteristics of epicentral distribution of historical and present records, the depth of the source and the focal mechanism solution. Considering the characteristics of reservoirinduced earthquake it seems that reservoirinduced earthquakes may occur in Jiemian.

32 DISCUSSION ON GENESIS OF GUTIAN SHUIKOU RESERVOIR ML4.8

This paper expatiates the characters in Seismogeologic tectonic and seismicity of Shuikou reservoir, then emphasizes the Gutian ML4.8 seismic sequence and the characteristics of stress field in Fujian area when the earthquake took place on March 6,2008. The preliminary conclusions are as follows. a)The Shuikou reservoir was in a obviously stress accumulation field in March 2008. b)The ML4.8 earthquake was a tectonic earthquake of reservoir, the NE wards Wankou fault may be one of the seismic fault. c) The origin time of the first two M4 events was 12 years, that shows the relation between water’s fluctuation and earthquake was not clear and the change of local tectonic stress was determinant factor leading to earthquake of Shuikou reservoir.

37 ITRF2005框架下GPS、VLBI和SLR地心坐标速度的精度检测

In order to evaluate the real accuracy of the geocentric coordinate velocities determined with GPS,VLBI and SLR under the ITRF200,we compare the geocentric coordinate velocities obtained with the three techniques located on the same site. After that, we can obtain the transformation parameter and analyze mean square error of differences between the geocentric coordinates two by two, which, reflecting the real accuracy of VLBI,GPS and SLR geocentric coordinate velocities, is within 1 mm/a.It is shown that the real accuracy of the geocentric coordinate velocities with VLBI and GPS are better than that with SLR.

41 DETECTING FREE OSCILLATIONS OF THE EARTH BY USING WATERTUBE TILTMETER OBSERVATIONS AT SHUANGYANG STATION

By using digital observations of watertube tiltmeter at Shuangyang station and with power spectrum density estimating method, acquire 0S3~0S31 fundamental sphere free oscillations caused by Sumatra earthquake on 26th Dec, 2004 were obtained, without deleting influence of the earth tide on the data, then we compared it with theoretical free oscillations cycle of PREM model, and found out that the actual measurement cycle is accordant with PREM forecasting oscillations cycle. Besides the difference between the vibration observation cycle of 0S3,0S4 mode and PREM model cycle is more than 0.3%, other differences are about 0.1%.In the same time we detected five harmonic frequency sphere oscillations and eight ring oscillations.

45 RESEARCH ON PRESENT-DAY CRUSTAL MOVEMENT AND DEFORMATION IN FUJIAN AREA

By utilizing the observations of the 2003, 2005 and 2008 from Fujian GPS seismic monitoring network, the movement velocities of GPS stations and distribution of shearing strain in Fujian aera in 2008 are calculated.The results are as follows.The direction of movement vector of GPS stations in Fujian aera is generally east by south, and the value is about 40 millimeters.Velocity field values of two periods of 2003-2005 and 2005-2008 are almost the same, but the direction changed somewhat.As regards the shearing strain,between Putian and Fuzhou and between Quanzhou and Putian it becomes less,as the place is more close to main fault,is increasingly small on major fracture zone, and the difference between shearing strains on the two sides of fault is not evident.In coastal area between Xiamen and Zhangzhou, and approaching to the sea,shearing strain is gradually increasing. Between Xiamen and Quanzhou and near Xiamen, there exists a relatively bigger gradient zone.

By use of the joint solution results of the GPS continuous observation data from
the crustal movement observation network in Fujian and Taiwan Taoyuan IGS international fiducied station publicated by
the crustal deformation features of Fujian inland, and the relative movements between the both sides of the Taiwan strait during the last five years,it is indicated that the movements of southern and easeern Fujian inland are stronger than those of north and west Fujian;the extensional state of the Taiwan strait becomes compressive state,and there is differential movement between the south and north Fujian.

59 EFFECT OF WENCHUAN EARTHQUAKE ON SEISMIC ACTIVITY IN HUBEI

Effect of Wenchuan earthquake on Hubei seismic activity is discussed on the basis of the tectonic evolution, the historical seismic activity and seismic focal mechanism solutions and the conclusion considered that Longmenshan fault and the XiangfanGuangji tectonic belt are the western and northern marginal belts of the Yangzi plate which thrusts and intervenes downwards the Tibet and Qinling blocks.
The statistics of historical strong earthquakes indicate that the strong earthquakes in western Sichuan region evidently affect seismic activity in Hubei and its adjacent region, after Wenchuan earthquake, it will be possible occuring mediummagnitude earthquakes, besides it points out that the seismic activity of Hubei province in recent several years was the adjustment of the eastern stress field in Hubei before Wenchuan earthquake.

66 ORIGIN AND CAUSE OF GENERATION OF WENCHUAN Ms8.0 EARTHQUAKE

The main origin of the great Wenchuan Ms8.0 earthquake is a large GLE on January 20, 2005 which is the second largest GLE in recent 70 or more years since the continued observation of cosmic rays. Thus, in past 108 years at least 8 in all of 9 earthquakes of magnitude 8 occurred in China were caused by large enhancement of cosmic ray environment. The cause of formation of the Wenchuan earthquake reads as follows: Massive cosmic rays caused by large enhancement of cosmic ray environment produce current system in the ionosphere, through electromagnetic induction the current system produces inductive current system within the earth which produces burning gasifying cavity in the enriched region of uranium or thorium.The high temperature and high pressure further lead to nuclear fission combustion and nuclear fusion combustion in the burning cavity and then the very high temperature and very high pressure caused by continued nuclear combustion finally lead up to a burst of surrounding rock of the burning cavity , thus a large earthquake occurs. The observational data and seismic tomography have already confirmed that below the focus of the Wenchuan earthquake there is a very high temperature region. On these grounds,the paper proses a new idea and method for early warning large earthquakes.

The tilt data observed during 2004 to 2007 with DSQ water tube tiltmeter at Xiamen seismostation are assessed in quality and an analysis of the main disturbances of the ground tilt observations is made as well. The following conclutions are drawn: 1) The general quality of the observations meets ordinary requirements of deformation surveying standard and reaches the national advanced level. 2)
There is a certain gap between the noise level and the RMS error of M2 tidal factor and characterizing the inherent accuracy of the data and those observed at some advanced stations. 3) The main disturbance factor impacting observations is sea tide.

110 A METHOD FOR SEISMIC DATA ACQUISITION OF MULTIPLE SERIAL PORTS

Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter(UART) is widely used in earthquake monitoring system to monitor data and transmit command. Because of the insufficient quantity of serial ports of some core devices, multiple extended serial ports are needed. A method based on TL16C754B to expand multiple serial ports is proposed and the design of systems circuit and source code are put forward.
This design has several advantrages: low cost, high steady, low power, anti-interference ability, compact circuit, etc. so is successfully used in microtremor observation system.

A special digital filter called cascade integrator combination digital filter which could filter the narrow band signal is introduced. It is very effectively to reduce sampling frequency by sampling points, which does not affect the useful signal. It can make us acquire nearrealtime data from IRIS and apply the data to rapid earthquake information report.Meanwhile, it improves the positioning accuracy of earthquakes in FujianTaiwan area on the platform of realtime rapid earthquake information report system of
local seismic network.

As global temperatures are rising and ice melting in Arctic becomes more and more serious,the global warming may cause a new maritime line, Arctic maritime line, to be formal in the world, and Arctic will become the Mediterranean of the world in the near future.
The new world map edited by us has special advantage to clearly show this future new maritime line and directly compare it with Suez maritime line, Panama maritime line and Cape of Good Hope maritime line.It is well seen clearly that the new maritime line is the shortest line for connecting Europe and Asia, much shorter than other three lines. Thus Arctic maritime line will highlight the strategic significance of Arctic in the near future.

163 SEISMOGENESIS—— VARYING VELOCITY AND DEFORMATION OSCILLATION OF THE EARTH ROTATION

From the theory that a set of balance points which are on the surface of structural body in a natural balanced space form the curved balance surface of the body’s surface,the law of balanced curve distance and law of balance curved surface distance of a natural structural body in the natuiral balanced space are drived from the ‘law of balance point distance’ of structural.The ‘rotationoscillation effect’of ordinary structural body in the natural balance space is proved and the varying velocity,varying form and their cause and result of each other of rotating point,line,plane and body and their own oscillation are discussed.The ‘flattering effect with deceleration of rotation’ and ‘sphericizing effect with acceleration of rotation’ of the rotaling sphere and rotation oscillation are expoconded.According to above laws and principles the seismogenesis is explored and the combination rotationoscillation model of resonator for seismogenesis is put forward.
