STUDY OF RETICLE SUBPIXEL EDGE LOCATION BASED ON
POLYNOMIAL FITTING

Abstract Some problems about reticle subpixel edge location are studied with polynomial least squares fitting. Tactics about fitting point extraction and filtering are proposed. The experiment result shows that these tactics can make polynomial fitting better.
