INTERPOLATION METHODS AND ACCURACY ANALYSIS BASED ON GRID QUASIGEOID MODEL

Abstract There are two factors: affecting the accuracy of GPS height transformation based on quasigeoid model, the geodetic height accuracy and interpolated height anomaly accuracy.On the basis of the simulation and practical quasigeoid models, the effect and accuracy of GPS height anomaly interpolation are analyzed with four methods, including inverse distance interpolation, linear interpolation, Shepard interpolation and Chebyshev interpolation, the results show that the Chebyshev interpolation method is accurate and stable for the high resolution quasigeoid model.
