COMPARATIVE OBSERVATION OF ABSOLUTE GRAVIMETERS IN WALFERDANGE

Abstract The European comparison of absolute gravimeters held in Walferdange, Luxembourg in November 2007 are reported. 20 absolute gravimeters including the FG5/232 of CEA to take part in the comparison and the standard deviations of gravity data from 15 stations are less than 2.1 ×10 -8 ms -2. The method of data processing and the analysis of results are described.
