ON NEW FORM OF INVERSE DISTANCE WEIGHT INTERPOLATIONMETHOD WITH VARIOGRAM FUNCTION AND ITS APPLICATION

Abstract In the correction of path delay caused by atmospheric water vapor, inverse distance weighted interpolation method matches variogram function approximately. After comparing the relation between distance and variogram function, the new form of inverse distance weighted interpolation method is given out. When the new method is used in GPS and InSAR neutral atmospheric delay, it is steady, efficient and especially suited for neutral atmospheric delay.
