ON UITRASONIC PRECISION MACHINING FOR OPTICAL GLASS

Abstract For solving some difficult problems in optical glass processing, such as hole drill,narrow grooving and fine processing,taking the processing of the glass substrate of a certain sensor as an example,on the basis of analyzing the physical property of optical glass and the principle of ultrasonic mechining the applicability of ultrasonic machining on optical glass is verifield,as the result shows this kind of processing goose well.
