Abstract:This article takes the Ms7.1 Yushu earthquake occurred on April 14,2010,in China as an example,the inversion results using MODIS L1B data come to a conclusion:compared with average temperature in the past years there appeared high temperature between March 20,2010 and April 18,2010,there exist temperature anomaly during earthquake.In addition,we have found that the temperature during the earthquake is lower than neighborhod from the retrieved image before the event 2 to 5 day.Through the local meteorological data,we have drawn the conclusion analyzing that,in GanziYushu fault zone near 50 km,the lower temperature is resulted from that the melting snow heated by thermal energy flow into active fault.
